I spent the weekend at the AFI Campus (which I knew pretty well already from my work with AFI Fest 2011 as a social media correspondent) for the SAG conservatory summer intensive.
The weekend was a great motivator, as we’re heading into what I sort of look at as the “new year” when it comes to acting… as episodic season gets going after the early summer lull. It was also a good chance to meet the great people involved with SAG-AFTRA and see what they’re putting together for actors. It really is a great organization, and I met some very lovely people.
I’m also planning to join the year-long conservatory program for 2013.
Excited to get a few new projects moving forward over the rest of the summer!
